Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 31-Aug. 4.

    Mustaf Abdi Abdille, 30, of Lewiston, violating condition of release, five days in jail.

    Andrew P. Baldwin Jr., 21, of Friendship, assault, two counts, two years in prison; endangering the welfare of a child, six months in jail.

    Peter E. Gibbs Jr., 52, of Warren, assault on an officer, one year in jail.

    William Maloney, 52, of Port Clyde, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    Travis P. Reed, 19, of Friendship, aggravated assault, dismissed.

    Nicholas Rouse, 32, of South Portland, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, three priors, $2100 fine, 54 months in prison, license suspended eight years, registration suspended; operating vehicle without license, six months in jail; tampering with or disabling ignition interlock device, six months in jail.
