Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from April 17-24.

    Duncan Crossman, 33, of Roxbury, Mass., disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

    Casey L. Dean, 33, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, dismissed.

    Tristo X. Emery, 41, of Camden, use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, probation one year.

    Steven Griffin, 22, of Litchfield, assault on an officer, 24 months in prison, probation two years; assault on an officer, two counts, unconditional discharge.

    Lauren A. Hale, 24, of Prescott, Ariz., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.

    Marnie McMahan, 48, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 15 days.

    Clair W. Mitchell, 41, of Appleton, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Bobbi L. Paparello, 33, of Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, three counts, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but three days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release, three days in jail.

    Montgomery Winchenbach Jr., 38, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 14 days in jail.
