Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Feb. 13-17.

    Shane R. Contos, 44, of Rockland, assault, dismissed.

    James R. Ellis, 26, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

    Georgianna Flynn, 26, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Christine M. Goosens, 33, of Union, OUI (alcohol), $600 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Raheem A. James, 23, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed; criminal mischief, $250 restitution.

    Scott Landry, 38, of Warren, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 14 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

    Herbert M. Manalang, 21, of Spruce Head, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Victor Morgan, 55, of Belfast, obstructing public ways, $200 fine.

    Gordon V. Page Jr., 40, of Owls Head, stealing drugs, dismissed; stealing drugs, 364 days in jail with all but eight days suspended, probation one year.

    Sarah Pike, 28, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

    Jason Randall, 26, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $350 fine.

    Justin D. Ryan, 44, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband, five months in jail.

    Nicholas C. Sellick, 31, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine; attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Morgan L. Ward, 32, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

    Jeremy M. Yeaton, 35, of Friendship, falsifying physical evidence, $750 fine.
