Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Feb. 6-10.

    Jonathan Burns, 63, of Warren, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, dismissed.

    Raul Cantu III, 38, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Carly Gilbert, 19, of Camden, domestic violence assault, 10 days in jail; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; criminal trespass, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Jessica R. Humphrey, 38, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Nicholas Lincoln, 61, of Rockland, operating under the influence, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

    Jeffrey C. Pottle, 55, of Washington, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Douglas John Raye, 53, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, $1100 fine, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended; operating vehicle without license-conditions and restrictions, 30 days in jail.

    Olga Stanley, 39, of Rockport, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
