Jerrett I. Cannan, 24, of Unity, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500.

Tyler A. Curry, 26, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, one prior, $900 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.

Christopher Cushman, 40, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
