ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 16-20.

Ryan M. Baker, 28, of New York, NY, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Trevor Curtis, 25, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jonathan E. Davis, 34, of Cushing, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 90 days in jail, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 30 days in jail.

Joshua Eldridge, 38, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Michael G. Feeley, 38, of Union, violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, dismissed; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.

Carly Gilbert, 19, of Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 90 days in jail with all suspended, probation one year.

Gina M. Glidden, 28, of Washington, probation violation, original conviction, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, $10 restitution; driving to endanger, $575 fine; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; criminal attempt, 30 days in jail.

Shane J. Hall, 29, of Portland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, five years in prison, all suspended, probation two years, $696.72 restitution; eluding an officer, five years in prison; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, six months in prison; kidnapping, 25 years in prison with all but 15 years suspended, probation four years, $696.72 restitution; aggravated assault, 10 years in prison.

Allison Hamelin, 35, of Bremen, operating under the influence (alcohol), $600 fine, seven days in jail; license suspended 150 days.

Michael James, 34, of Warren, assault on an officer, two counts, dismissed, criminal threatening, dismissed.

Krissy Lynne Johnson, 25, of Winthrop, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Whitney M. Lawson, 26, of Dresden, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Matthew B. McIntosh, 20, of Camden, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus mph over the speed limit, dismissed.

Danica N. Miller, 21, of Warren, operating vehicle without license, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, seven days in jail.

William H. Perkins, 25, of Portland, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.

Jarod D. Rackliff, 41, of South Thomaston, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, prior, $500 fine.

Alissa Sprague, 34, of Damariscotta, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Kristine D. Winchenbach, 38, of Waldoboro, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts, six years in jail with all but four months, 15 days suspended, probation two years.
