Benjamin Benner, 41, of Rockland, engaging in activities while suspended, two counts, fine $500.

Marion Buckland, 52, of Ogunquit, operating vehicle without license, fine $150.

Kevin Chubbuck, 50, of Edgecomb, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fine $400, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year.

Jonathan D. Cougle, 20, of Thomaston, aggravated assault, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation four years; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Billy W. Curtis, 27, of Zephyr, Tex., operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence, fine $600, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

Jeremy C. Delano, 43, of Rockport, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $500.

Carlton J. Elliott, 27, of Waldoboro, eluding an officer, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; failing to stop for officer, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over speed limit, 30 days in jail; driving to endanger, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, 30 days in jail; failure to register vehicle, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Zachary T. Elwell, 20, of Warren, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350.

Tyler Fogg, 21, of Appleton, allowing dog to be at large, fine $50.

Jeffrey E. Godard, 30, of Rockland, assault, fine $300, seven days in jail.

Isaac E. Greenrose, 22, of Union, abuse of property while hunting.

Kayla R. Gushee, 27, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, license suspended 150 days.

Christopher C. Knight Jr., 24, of Rockland, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Autmn M. Larrondo, 19, of St. George, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350.

Leroy A. Leavitt, 31, of Damariscotta, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, fine $1000, nine months, one day in prison.

Kevin J. Makie, 24, of Waldoboro, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, dismissed.

Randall S. Maloney Jr, 31, of Cushing, allowing dog to be at large, fine $50.

Amanda McClellan, 32, of Cushing, failing to make oral or written accident report, fine $500.

Briannah N. Parlin, 25, of South Thomaston, assault, two years in prison, all suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Destiny Petit, 20, of Warren, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350.

Diane C. Peterson, 52, of Rockport, harassment, 10 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 10 days in jail.

Pamela J. Sampson, 38, of Rockland, assault, fine $500, 21 days in jail, all suspended, administrative release sentence six months, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, fine $500; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, fine $100; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, fine $100.

David Sanborn, 21, of Waldoboro, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350.

Elliot P. Schlick, 55, of Hilton Head Island, SC, operating under the influence, one prior, $700, seven days in jail, license suspended three years.

Michael D. Schneider, 21, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, fine $600, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to make oral or written accident report, seven days in jail; operating after registration suspended, dismissed.

Charlotte E. Shellman, 42, of Rockland, aggravated forgery, one year in prison, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, fine $400, two years, six months in prison.

Bret W. Simendinger, 30, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, fine $250.

Joel F. Swain, 40, of St. George, domestic violence assault, priors, 22 months in prison, probation revoked; criminal threatening, six months in jail; terrorizing, six months in jail; criminal threatening, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, six months in jail; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
