Riley L. Fenner, 38, of Appleton, operating under the influence-no test, $600 fine.

Suzanne M. Gardner, 50, of Rockland, failing to report, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

Jamie Keizer, 44, of Tenants Harbor, violation of scallop rule, Chapter 11, $500 fine.

Trevor Lee Libby, 24, of Camden, terrorizing, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; domestic violence assault, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

David McMahan, 57, of South Thomaston, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

Michael Miller, 52, of Rockland, failing to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, four days in jail.

Richard D. Pelkey, 45, of Warren, operating under the influence, $750 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Jacob Stewart, 21, of Bucksport, criminal trespass, $250 fine.
