Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Oct. 26-31. The Unified Criminal Court is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Andrew L. Alley, 18, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Katrina Lynn Anderson, 33, of Union, failure to register motor vehicle, $150 fine.

    Damien Ball, 20, of Rockland, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over speed limit, $500 fine.

    William B. Beck, 50, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Charles Berry, 64, of Camden, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, harassment by telephone, violating condition of release, all dismissed.

    Gregory M. Bowden, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $500 fine; carrying concealed weapon, $500 fine; failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

    John Boynton, 79, of South Houston, Tex., attaching false plates, $100 fine.

    Wendy M. Bradford, 40, of Owls Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $19.89 restitution.

    Garrett M. Burns, 20, of Rockland, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Carleton P. Darling, 31, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Anthony Ethan Dayboch, 59, of Owls Head, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Danielle Demeritt, 30, of Warren, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

    Daniel Dodge, 52, of Hope, operating watercraft under the influence over 21, $400 fine.

    Matthew P. Dufour, 27, of Rockport, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

    Tammy Elliott, 45, of Damariscottaa, violation of whelks harvesting rule, Chapter 13, $150 fine.

    Ross Q. Gallagher, 27, of East Blue Hill, failure to register motor vehicle, $150 fine.

    Zachary Genthner, 24, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release, $500 fine; assault, $300 fine.

    Jeffrey E. Godard, 29, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

    Hillary Harriman, 37, of Union, stealing drugs, $400 fine.

    William Winfield Havener, 31, of Rockland, two counts, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.

    Richard Hildings, 67, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Austin M. Jurkowski, 18, of Saint George, minor transporting liquor, $200 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Joshua A. Keating, 25, of Cushing, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over speed limit, $500 fine.

    Renee L. Lawson, 25, of Owls Head, cultivating marijuana, $400 fine.

    Teresa Lovejoy, 42, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $500 fine.

    Bryan Marr, 28, of Belfast, commercial shellfishing without a license, first, $100 fine.

    William V. McMahan, 34, of Owls Head, cultivating marijuana, $400 fine.

    Justin R. Moore, 27, of Pittsfield, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.

    Ryan J. Newbert, 19, of South Thomaston, minor consuming liquor, $600 fine.

    Karrie N. Prior, 24, of Friendship, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $500 fine.

    Laurence E. Prior, 20, of Thomaston, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.

    Christine Rackliff, 33, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine.

    Ryan Rairdon, 26, of Union, two counts, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Jamie p. Rich, 18, of Lincolnville, operating a defective vehicle, $250 fine.

    Michael A. Saunders, 45, of Warren, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

    Dylan T. Smith, 25, of Rockland, failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

    Jade S. Snider, 19, of Union, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

    Michael G Sprowl, 43, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Richard J. Stanton, 29, of Hope, operating after license suspension, $250 fine.

    Brandon M. Staples, 25, of Rockland, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal mischief, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year.

    Amanda L. Thurston, 27, of Warren, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.

    Faylyn Vitale, 20, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

    Jason Walter, 25, of Rockport, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $250 fine.

    Byron H. Weatherbee, 38, of Owls Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, $42.88 restitution; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    David J. West, 34, of Appleton, keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine, $473.46 restitution; allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine, owning or keeping animal that kills or injures, $100 fine.

    Wesley Shane Williams, 25, of Cushing, criminal mischief, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Taylor B. Witham, 37, of St. George, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

    Maurice D. Young, 48, of Cushing, terrorizing, dismissed.
