Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Aug. 10-14. The unified Criminal Court is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Nicholas Adkins, 25, of Warren, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.

    Sydney A. Tran Aho, 24, of Lincolnville, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine.

    Ashley Blake, 18, of Union, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

    Rachel M. Borch, 19, of Hope, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Patricia Boyington, 44, of Waldoboro, engaging in activities while suspended, $1,000 fine.

    Buddy L. Bradstreet, 25, of Newcastle, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $500 fine.

    Sheldon Bryant, 65, of Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine.

    Agnieszka Burkiet, 24, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.

    Stephen Butler, 32, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

    Kenneth Corlis, 48, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 10 months in prison, all but 21 days suspended, probation one year.

    Peter J. Dore, 29, of Scarborough, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

    Dakota Green, 21, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Ronald H. Guay, 19, of Bangor, theft, $250 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; minor consuming liquor, $200 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine.

    Shelly L. Hodgkins, 42, of Chelsea, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Penny L. Jones, 47, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

    Douglass C. Knowlton, 24, of Waldoboro, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $500 fine.

    Katarzyna Kotas, 26, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional charge.

    Nikole K. Linker, 26, of Warren, failure to register vehicle, attaching false plates, seven days in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, six months in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation six months; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 10 months in jail.

    Anna Martz, 21, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Issac J. Meklin, 25, of Cushing, closed season on trapping violation, $250 fine; failing to label traps, dismissed.

    Tilyard A. Milburn, 20, of Falmouth, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

    Needful Things and Services Inc., of Warren, rule violations, compliance review, $620 fine.

    Perry T. Perkins, 52, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Brandon M. Robinson, 25, of Rockland, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Katie M. Snow, 25, of Rockport, operating under the influence, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, operating under the influence, $600 fine.

    Chad E. Sproul, 39, of Warren, failure to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing, dismissed.

    Michael L. Starr, 31, of Waldoboro, attaching false plates, $250 fine; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $250 fine.

    Diana Terbosh, 25, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.

    Amy S. Thompson, 50, of Thomaston, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine.

    Justin C. Underwood, 35, of Hallowell, wholesaling seafood without supplemental license, $136 fine.

    John Lee Wall, 50, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Monterral Williams II, 34, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, seven days in jail.

    Mason J. Wilmot, 18, of Rockport, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

    Kenelm E. Winslow, 63, of Union, operating vehicle without license with conditions or restrictions, $150 fine.
