Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from June 22-26. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Andrew L. Alley, 19, of Rockport, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Jessica L. Deveau, 33, of Saco, operating vehicle without a license, 24 hours in jail.

    Jennifer Kunn, 26, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Sarah Landre, 33, of Tenants Harbor, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Steven Payor, 60, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $2.50 restitution.

    Dakota Pease, 20, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior.

    Jesse M. Sawyer, 31, of Rockport, fishing or taking fish from closed area, $300 fine.

    Tobby W. Stinson, 38, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, operating vehicle without a license, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Michael G. Thompson, 40, of Rockland, criminal mischief, 60 days in jail, $500 restitution.

    Justin Wells, 35, of Warren, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1000 fine, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years, $1550 restitution.

    Taylor Witherell, 23, of Camden, smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than 16 years of age.
