Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from June 8-12. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Jodi L. Bennett, 33, of Waldoboro, passing stopped school bus, dismissed.

    Allen W. Boody, 30, of Rockland, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, $356.11 restitution.

    Matthew Boyle, 21, of Bath, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Alexander Brown, 45, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine, attaching false plates, dismissed.

    Simon Philip Cook, 52, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail.

    James W. Davenport, 30, of Cushing, take, transport, sell, possess v-notched lobster, $1800 fine.

    George Elliott, 55, of Union, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.

    Peter Ellis, 19, of Walpole, Mass., possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ oz., $350 fine.

    Randy Heath 28, of Whitefield, marine worm digging without license, $150 fine.

    Sarah Holiday, 65, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Brian Jon Houle, 23, of Cushing, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Alexander Huber, 19, of Newmarket, N.H., possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ oz., $350 fine.

    Joseph Hutchinson, 31, of Vinalhaven, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

    Wayne Johnson, 30, of Camden, engaging in activities while suspended, $250 fine.

    Chasity Keizer, 35, of Warren, negotiating a worthless instrument, two counts, $250 fine, $470 restitution.

    Fitzgerald Lyanne Lemeunier, 48, of Hallowell, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

    Felicia Libby, 23, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.

    Jodi Maltese, 46, of Camden, keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine, $603.15 restitution.

    Kenneth Miller, 33, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.

    Katherine Morong, 44, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.

    Alexandra Paquin, 19, of Suffield, Conn., use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Jerry Pearse, 37, of Warren, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Ira Pinkham, 42, of Georgetown, lobster and crab fishing without license, $250 fine.

    Philip Poland, 41, of Cushing, wholesaling seafood without license, $500 fine.

    Brian Reed, 51, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Dylan Salzmann, 26, of Boston, Mass., operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Carla Sanders, 60, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Kimberly Yound, 19, of South Thomaston, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine; owning or keeping animal that kills or injuries, $100 fine, $6.00 restitution.

    Carol Zopatti, 51, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
