Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from April 13-17. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior courts by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.

    Shawn T. Brewer, 32, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release, 14 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; failing to stop for an officer, 14 days in jail.

    Raul Cantu, III, 36, of Robstown Texas, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Christopher J. Curtis, 45, of St. George, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $500 fine.

    Bethany Hayward, 45, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.

    Minor, of Thomaston, possession of tobacco products, $100 fine.

    Larry Nystrom, 46, of Friendship, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, $250 fine.

    Bobby B. Parker, 18, of Rockland, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Larson Platt, 23, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $14.25 restitution.

    Jeremy W. Proctor, 37, of Thomaston, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

    Samuel Sanchez, 38, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, 24 hours in jail.

    Minor, of Waldoboro, possessing liquor, $200 fine.
