MONTVILLE — Kathleen Hisler Christiansen, 70, of Montville, passed away on Aug. 1, 2016.

Born March 9, 1946, Kathleen was adopted at 18 months old by George and Gladis Hisler of Summerville, Maine, in 1948. She married Thomas Christiansen Sr. in 1993 and they were married until he passed away in 2015.

She enjoyed fishing, hunting, collectibles and cooking.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents; her husband; her biological mother, Alice May Carr; three sisters, Vickie, Virginia and Lilly; and two brothers, Richard and Sidney.

She leaves behind her biological daughter, Cassidy Cartwright of Biddeford; and her stepchildren, Tara and Tommy Christiansen of Montville; her brothers, Eric and Louis Clark, Howdy and sister-in-law Pam, Mike and sister-in-law Sherri, and Peter; her sisters, Debbie, Ruby and Irien with husband Tony.

Services will be announced at a later date, with burial held at White Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathleen's name to the charity of your choice.
