FRANKFORT — Julie Marie Tufts, 53, of Frankfort, passed away Jan. 1, 2017. Julie was born in Belfast on Jan. 3, 1963, to the late Robert and Judy (Kingsbury) Tufts.

She grew up in Stockton Springs.

Julie was known for her incredible sense of humor and the compassion and love that she always showed to others.

Julie was predeceased by her parents. She leaves behind her brothers, Roland Tufts and his wife, Susan, of Topsham, and Tom Tufts of Frankfort; her nephew, Andrew Tufts; and her niece, Callie Tufts; her friend, Chris Johnson; and many other friends and family members; and her cats, Busta and Willie.

A memorial service will be held in the Spring at the convenience of the family.
