SWANVILLE — Jason S. Knowlton, 39, of Swanville, passed away on Sept. 13, 2014, in Belfast. He was born in Belfast on Nov. 29, 1974, the son of Roland H. Knowlton Jr. and Pamela (Maddocks) Knowlton.

Jason enjoyed singing and gaming in his spare time. His greatest love was spending time with his girls.

He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Everett and Joyce Maddocks; and two very special cousins Brandon and Adam Maddocks.

Jason is survived by his parents; his daughters, Noel Ray and her husband, Albert, of Swanville, Taylor Knowlton, currently serving in the U.S. Navy in Great Lakes, Ill., and Rainey Knowlton of Searsmont; his paternal grandparents, Roland and Sarah Knowlton of Swanville; his three brothers, Justin Knowlton and his wife, Diane, of Prospect, Christopher Knowlton and his wife, Lisa, of Swanville, and Michael Santerre and his wife, Crystal, of Stockton Springs; two nephews, Alex Santerre and Clarke Knowlton; three nieces, Audrey, Charlotte and Lillian Knowlton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave. in Belfast. Interment will be held privately at the family cemetery.
