THOMASTON — Herbert E. Sanborn, 95, beloved husband of Marion Sanborn, died peacefully Sept. 29, 2015, surrounded by his loving family at his home.

Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, Oct. 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St. in Rockland. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Rockland on Limerock Street. The Rev. David Forsythe will officiate.
