WARREN – Helen L. DeMass, 68, passed away peacefully on Aug. 9, 2016, after a long illness, at the Sussman House in Rockport.

Born in Rockport on Sept. 12, 1947, she was the daughter of Henry Andrews and Marion Auspland. She held several positions throughout her career, including as a department head at Greenbrier Nursing Home in Nashua, N.H. She also went on to receive two associates degrees.

Though she had several hobbies, she especially loved crafts and lighthouses.

Her husband, Richard DeMass Sr., passed away on July 23, 2016.

She is survived by a brother, Ralph; two sisters, Nancy and Mary, both of New Hampshire; her daughter, Judith; a sister-in-law and her family; a brother-in-law and his wife; several stepchildren and grandchildren; as well as her beloved dog, Toby, whom she loved dearly.

At Helen's request, no services will be held.
