Midcoast Recreation Center, on Route 90 in Rockport, is hosting a Great Skate Sale and Skatetacular Public Skating fundraiser. The Great Skate Sale will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon. MRC is selling ice skates that have been in stock for discounted prices.

The Skatetacular Event will be a two-hour long public skate that will benefit People Place Cooperative Preschool in Rockport.

Halloween costumes are encouraged for adults and children and prizes will be awarded to the person with the best costumes.

Attend the skate sale and help support a great school.
