Estate planning workshop series continues March 29
CAMDEN — The next in the series of estate planning workshops will be held Wednesday, March 29, at noon. Rescheduled from March 15 due to snow, this workshop covers frequently asked questions and common misconceptions regarding wills and trusts, asset protection, nursing home issues, Medicaid qualifications and estate taxes.
Ninety-five percent of estate plans fail to accomplish their goals. This course offers a way to help participants understand the misconceptions that lead to failure of estate plans, why, and what can be done to fix them.
This workshop is taught by Jesse Bifulco, an estate planning attorney for more than 20 years. This class will be part of an ongoing series, with following dates to include: April 3 at 3 p.m., May 1 at 3 p m , May 15 at noon, and June 5 at 3 p.m.
