CAMDEN — Ernagene "Bobbi" Rafter died peacefully March 15, 2015, after a long illness. She was 90 years old and lived the last years of her life at Windward Gardens in Camden.

Bobbi was the widow of the Rev. J. Wesley Rafter, who pastored Columbia Street Baptist Church in Bangor; Main Street Baptist Church in Binghamton, N.Y.; Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church in Rockland; and several other churches.

Bobbie is survived by two sons, John Rafter and his wife, Michele, of Camden, and Douglas Rafter of San Francisco, Calif.; two grandchildren, Brian Rafter and his wife, Yukari, of Camden, and Becky Rafter of Atlanta, Ga.; and two great-grandchildren, Christopher Rafter and Joshua Rafter, both of Camden.

Bobbi's wit, faith, and generosity will live on in her family's hearts.

A service is planned for the summer in Camden.

If desired, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the Memorial Fund at St. Thomas' Episcopal Church in Camden; Pen Bay Christian School in Rockland; Kno-Wal-Lin Hospice in Rockport; or to the charity of your choice.
