Eddie worked at Reading Hosiery, in automotive parts and then at Rockwell Company as a tool grinder until 1981 when he retired. In retirement, he and Helen enjoyed their time with family and friends and trips with their senior groups. In his spare time, he also enjoyed going to the Kenhorst Fire Company in Reading. Eddie loved tinkering with small gadgets and anything battery operated, as well as being a loyal NASCAR fan. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
