ROCKLAND — A graveside committal service with military honors for retired U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Douglas W. Curtis, Sr., 87, who passed away March 9, 2015, will be held Tuesday, June 30 at 2 p.m. at Sea View Cemetery on Waldo Avenue in Rockland.
