STOCKTON SPRINGS - Daniel L. “Baby Danny” Beeton Jr., 27, of Stockton Springs, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 24, 2016, in Belfast. He was born March 30, 1989, in Belfast, Maine.

Danny graduated from Searsport District High School, Class of 2007. He worked locally as a cook and doing construction for various businesses. Danny enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots with his father.

He was well-loved by all who knew him and will be remembered as having a heart of gold and the ability to bring a smile to your face no matter what kind of day you were having. Danny had a way of brightening the day for others and was a big kid at heart, which showed in the way children were drawn to him.

He was predeceased by his paternal and maternal grandparents; an uncle, Forrest Stover; and his cousin, Dylan Stover. Danny is survived by his loving parents, Daniel and Patti Beeton Sr. of Stockton Springs; his siblings, Alicia Beeton and her husband, Jason Dunham, and their children, Savannah and Saphira, all of Waldo, and Erin Beeton and her children, Ryan, Elijah and Harleigh, all of Lincolnville; his aunts and uncles, Donna and Andy Kirk of Morrill, Donald and Christy Beeton of Waldoboro, Susan and Mark Woodrow of Northport, Eddie and Doris Beeton of Saco, Dan Sterling of Swanville, Elizabeth Ellis of Stockton Springs, Mike and Judy Stover of Stockton Springs, Karen Walsh of Livermore Falls and Linda Secore of Tolland, Conn.; many cousins, including a special cousin, April Willard and her husband, Jason, of Belfast; as well as numerous friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, Sept. 2, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Riposta Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 3, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Grove Cemetery.
