Cynthia Carolyn Feener, obituary

WARREN - Cynthia Carolyn Feener, 66, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, December 14, 2017, in the presence of her loved ones.

Born in Rockland, August 21, 1951, she was the daughter of Frank J. and Louise Eagan Kulikowshi.  She graduated from Camden High School, and earned her cosmetology license from Pierre’s Cosmetology School in Portland.  Cindy also took classes to further her secretarial career at the University of Maine in Thomaston.  For the last 15 years of her life she worked as a housekeeper at the Samoset Resort.

Cindy was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, dining out and going for walks with her husband, and spent much time laughing with her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her honesty, for her tireless work ethic, her loyalty to her husband and family, and for her sweet smile and beautiful nature. She was truly one of a kind, and her family will always carry her in their hearts.  

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Warren "Bud" Feener, of Warren; her father, Frank J. Kulikowski, of Connecticut;  three sons, Warren Feener and his wife, Heather, of Camden; and Christopher Feener and his wife, Donna; William Feener and his wife, Diamond, all of Arizona; her daughter, April Feener and her fiancé, Brent, of Warren; seven grandchildren, Deakan, Austin, Landon, Noah, William, Triston and Mason; siblings Bonnie Mackie and her husband, Tom, of South Thomaston; Michelle Ellis, of Rockland; Howard Anderson, of Tenants Harbor; Robert Kulikowski, and his wife, Martha, of Swanville; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Cindy was predeceased by her mother, Louise Black; her stepfather, Harold Black; her brother, Frank Kulikowski; and her grandson, Castor. 

A memorial service was held at Burpee, Carpenter, and Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock, Rockland, Saturday, December 23, 2017.
