    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County District Court between April 17 and May 1.

    Daniel A. Armstrong, 34, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 14, $500 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast March 14, $200 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast March 14, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine.

    Diane M. Barnett, 59, of Appleton, negotiating a worthless instrument in Brooks Aug. 11, 2000, seven days in jail and $564.47 restitution.

    Leslie Ray Bates Jr., 50, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Feb. 6, 2012, six months in jail with all but 13 days suspended and one year of probation.

    Jeffrey A. Boudreau, 21, of Burnham, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Burnham April 21, 2012, dismissed.

    Chad Bush, 43, of Guilford, violating a protective order in Troy Dec. 6, 2012, $500 fine.

    Roxanne J. Conroy, 24, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Sept. 3, 2012, 10 days in jail and $120 restitution.

    Melanie S. Cote, 39, of Ashland, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport march 13, $100 fine.

    Garrett R. Drew, 25, of Swanville, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Swanville Jan. 1, 24 hours in jail.

    Dakota T. Durand, 21, of Brooks, criminal mischief in Brooks Oct. 30, 2010, two days in jail and $7,114.35 restitution; operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks Oct. 30, 2010, two days in jail; unauthorized use of property in Brooks Oct. 30, 2010, two days in jail and $7,114.35 restitution; failure to register a vehicle in Brooks Oct. 30, 2010, dismissed.

    Paul Flynn, 51, of Albion, failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Montville Dec. 18, 2012, $750 fine and $100 restitution; driving to endanger in Montville Dec. 18, 2012, dismissed; operating under the influence in Montville Dec. 18, 2012, dismissed.

    Sarah L. George, 26, of Albion, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity July 16, 2012, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.

    Jay D. Gibson, 22, of Liberty, violating conditions of release in Liberty March 12, 30 days in jail.

    Marion R. Gomm, 59, of Prospect, violating of lobster/crab fishing rule in Prospect March 16, $250 fine.

    Shawn L. Grant, 34, of Manchester, fugitive from justice in Troy April 10, dismissed.

    Shana L. Harriman, 26, of South China, domestic violence assault in Belfast Feb. 3, dismissed.

    Cristin Harvey, 22, of Swanville, violating conditions of release in Swanville March 29, two days in jail.

    David V. Lavway, 61, of Jackson, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Jackson Sept. 12, 2012, both dismissed; unlawful cutting of trees by another in Jackson Sept. 12, 2012, $100 fine and $17,925 restitution.

    Matthew D. Rankin, 26, of Swanville, violating conditions of release in Belfast April 19, 60 days in jail.

    Jayme Ream, 37, of Winterport, failure to register a motor vehicle in Winterport Nov. 11, 2012, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked from operating under the influence in Winterport Nov. 11, 2012, 30 days in jail, license suspended for one year and $1,000 fine.

    Melissa B. Richards, 30, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 4, license suspended for 90 days and $1,000 fine.

    Kean M. Ripley III, 32, of Searsport, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics in Belfast Sept. 9, 2012, 14 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Patrick M. Saunders, 21, of Winterport, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Winterport Nov. 21, 2012, dismissed.

    Stacee L. Stratton, 31, of Searsport, violating conditions of release in Stockton Springs March 10, 2012, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs March 10, 2012, dismissed.

    Christopher Sudsbury, 41, Belfast, theft by receiving stolen property in Swanville Oct. 18, 2012, 30 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast Dec. 4, 2012, 30 days in jail.
