ROCKLAND — Christopher C. Pope of Rockland passed peacefully in the care of Hospice at Pen Bay Medical Center on April 2, 2013. He was born in Hartford, Conn., the son of Rhona J. Pope of Rockland and David C. Pope (deceased) of Syracuse, N.Y.

He is survived by his brother, Douglas Pope and his sister-in-law Beth Pope of Warren; his nephews, Tristan Pope of Warren and Collin Pope of New York; his aunt, Penny Pope of Michigan; and his cousins Kristi Schmidt of California and David Schmidt of Maui, Hawaii; his aunt, Joanna Lloyd of Maryland; and his cousins, Benjamin Roberts and Jamie Roberts of Maryland; and his loving and caring friend, Colleen Nickerson of New York.
