Heidi is Loyal Biscuit's CEO, CFO, COO, HR, PR, Marketing, Webmaster, Social Media Director, IT, Purchasing, Buyer, Events & Promotions, Pet Nutritionist, Community Relations, Customer Relations, Bookkeeper and Occasional Janitor.

Heidi has been volunteering for the community since she was in the eighth grade and has served on a board of directors for local organizations since she was 24 (Maine Lobster Festival, Habitat for Humanity, Rockland Rotary, Pope Memorial Humane Society of Knox County).

Each year the U.S. Small Business Administration awards the Small Business Person of the Year for the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The winner of this award for Maine was Heidi V. Neal, owner of Loyal Biscuit Co. Heidi has just returned from Washington, D.C., from the ceremony with these winners and President Obama.
