CAMDEN – Camden Shakespeare Festival is looking for local actors who would like to be a part of its summer season, which consists of Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing. Anyone of high school age and above will be considered, and interested actors are welcome to audition for one play or the other, or both.

Romeo and Juliet will be performed in the Camden Amphitheatre and Much Ado About Nothing will be performed in High Mountain Hall. The performance dates are July 25-Aug. 13.

"We are thrilled to present two of Shakespeare best-loved plays," said Artistic Director Stephen Legawiec. "A passionate love story and a frothy comedy make for an exciting mix of theater."

The Camden Shakespeare Festival also is looking for volunteers to work behind the scenes. Interested actors or volunteers should send an email to: info@camdenshakespeare.org.
