Camden Police beat: Theft, trespassing, insurance violations

    CAMDEN — Camden police reported the following activity from Jan. 4-28. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Jan. 4

    Danica Miller, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Brook Hartshorn for violating condition of release.

    Jan. 5

    MacKenzi Hager, 23, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Office Sam Butler for expired registration.

    Jan. 9

    Peter Fuller, 23, of Montville, was arrested by Officer Wes Butler for violating condition of release.

    Jan. 11

    Christopher Long, 38, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler for expired registration.

    Jan. 12

    Samara Kurek, 37, of Camden, was issued a summons by Detective Curt Andrick for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

    Bryn Anderson, 17, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.

    Howard Brown, 54, of Camden, was arrested by Hartshorn for trespassing.

    Danica Miller, 21, of Thomaston, was arrested by Hartshorn for violating condition of release.

    Jan. 20

    John Potz Jr., 20, of Southbury, Conn., was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.

    Jan. 21

    Elazar Allwine, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Hartshorn for imprudent speed, failure to stop at a stop sign.

    Jan. 22

    Andrew Main, 46, of Union, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.

    Jan. 28

    Henry Marchetti, 24, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
