Camden police arrest Lincolnville man for alleged thefts

    Camden Detective Curt Andrick arrested Zachary Thomas, 32, of Lincolnville on Feb. 3, for allegedly taking money from Megunticook Market in Camden.

    Thomas was arrested on four counts of theft and one count of burglary, said Andrick. He said the offenses took place over a two-week period in early December.

    Camden police charged Thomas on physical evidence obtained. Andrick did not disclose the amount of money stolen. 

    According to the report, Thomas had previously been employed by the market. He was taken to Knox County Jail in Rockland and has since been released on bail.
