Superintendent Maria Libby said March 30 that she has accepted the resignation of Camden Hills Regional High School Principal Robert Sampson effective the end of the school year. Mr. Sampson cited health and family issues that will require him to return toNew Hampshire where he lived before beginning the position as Camden Hills Principal in July of 2016.

Superintendent Libby said: “I certainly understand Bob’s rationale to leave Camden Hills Regional High School and I support his personal choice. He brought some great ideas to Camden Hills and will be missed. I wish Bob and his family all the best.”

Recruitment to fill the position is underway. Applications are accepted through April 23 for a July 1 start date.
