The Mid-Coast Recovery Coalition is conducting a bottle and can drive now through Dec. 16. Proceeds will benefit “Helping Inmates Succeed,” a MCRC program to build transitional housing in Knox County to help inmates make a successful transition to the community upon being released from jail.

Donations can be dropped off at Andes Variety at 1625 Atlantic Highway in Warren. Additionally, MCRC volunteers will be going door to door in the Rockland area on Dec. 16 to pick up any donations.
