NEW ORLEANS — Three new bouts were announced Friday night during the UFC 184 weigh-in show on FOX Sports 1 for UFC Fight Night 68 and among the competitors added was Lincolnville native Tim Boetsch. 

The bout will take place Saturday, June 6 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans where Boetsch (18-8) will challenge Dan Henderson (30-13). 

Henderson is coming off a stretch where he has lost two fights consecutively and five of his last six. Boetsch is coming off a loss to Thales Leites in UFC 183 at the end of January. 

Other fights on the card will include Joe Proctor (10-3) versus Justin Edwards (8-4) and Ben Rothwell (34-9) versus Matt Mitrione (9-3). Daniel Cormier (15-1) will fight Ryan Bader (19-4) in the main event. 

The Smoothie King Center is home to the New Orleans Pelicans, a member of the National Basketball Association. 

The main card will air live on FOX Sports 1.
