    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 16-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 17

    Matthew R. Jones, 21, of West Paris, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 1.

    Zachary J. Bennett, 28, of Knox, was issued a summons for violation of privacy at Belfast Variety. 

    July 18

    Brittany L. Brown, 24, of Brunswick, was issued a summons for assault on Northport Avenue. 

    William Mattingly, 33, of Troy, was arrested for a probation hold. 

    Stephen Ivanusic, 50, of Brooks, was arrested for a probation hold. 

    July 19

    Ira Bailey, 32, of Northport, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Front Street. 

    Katelin Juszkiewics, 20, of Searsport, was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on Park Street.

    Nancy Snodgrass, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for furnishing a place for a minor to possess/consume liquor on Park Street. 

    Norman J. Walsh, 60, of Prospect, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Avenue. 

    Devin J. O’Brien, 19, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and illegal possession of liquor by a minor (via consumption) on Park Street.

    Robert Pelletier, 23, of Sidney, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue. 

    July 21

    Brittany C. Holland, 27, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for speeding 46 mph in a 25 mph zone on Waldo Avenue. 

    July 22

    Brandon R. Porter, 20, of Swanville, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Poors Mills Road. 

    July 23

    Debra L. Cookson, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Avenue.
