    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 28 - Nov. 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Oct. 28

    Laurie A. Kilby, 26, of Freedom, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Oct. 29

    Scott W. Delano, 49, of Friendship, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

    Julie C. Greenleaf, 38, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a Maine license on Main Street.

    Oct. 30

    Corey L. Merrill, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Church Street.

    Brandi Littlefield, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Church Street.

    Adam R. Smith, 29, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for unnecessary noise on Church Street.

    Mariah K. Valliere, 30, of Jackson, was issued summonses for forgery and theft by deception stemming from an incident Aug. 8.

    Oct. 31

    Lance V. Downs, 47, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) on Searsport Avenue.

    Donald J. Volk, 54, of Orono, was arrested for operating under the influence on Front Street.

    Samantha G. Ladd, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

    Nov. 1

    Christopher T. Dunlop, 28, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Belmont Avenue.

    Dustin L. Herbest, 31, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft by receiving stolen property.

    Ronnie J. Clark, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Nov. 3

    Shawn A. Adams, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for receiving stolen property. Adams was also issued summonses for operating a defective vehicle and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Belmont Avenue.

    Nov. 4

    Nicholas Moll, 32, of Belmont, was arrested for failure to appear.

    Nov. 5

    Bridget M. Sawyer, 21, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Northport Avenue.

    Nov. 6

    Noah L. Kimball, 27, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1.
