Operating after suspension, operating under the influence, domestic violence

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 11-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 11

    Lynda J. Turner, 42, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to yield on a public way on City Point Road.

    Byrlynne Ellis, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (unreasonable noise) on Front Street.

    July 12

    Candice Elwell, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence assault.

    Tammy M. Bragdon, 45, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford.

    July 14

    John D. Bill, 71, of Venice, Calif., was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Park Street.

    July 17

    Craig K. Stevenson, 55, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1 and issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

    July 18

    Caleb E. D. Peacock, 35, of Searsmont, was arrested for violating a protective order on Northport Avenue.

    Serena Brown, 31, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 141.

    Phillip McFadden, 21, of Waldo, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Front Street, criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and possession of a useable amount of marijuana.

    July 19

    John Hutchinson Cashman Jr., 30, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release and domestic violence assault.

    July 20

    Shirley L. Phillips, 91, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Mill Lane.
