Theft, operating under the influence, traffic violations

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 7-16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    April 7

    Bethany Wickham, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.

    April 10

    Scott A. Read, 40, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

    Stephen D. Shomphe, 30, of Auburn, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Duane F. Edgecomb, 43, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Nicholas Aird, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Katwalk.

    April 11

    Stephanie L. Shershow, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street.

    Jeremy Cunningham, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

    Alex J. Ditullia, 19, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford.

    Michael A. Berry, 21, of Northport, was issued a summons for false identification of registration plates.

    April 12

    Melissa S. Crocker, 33, of Liberty, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street and operating after suspension.

    Joshua W. Gross, 39, of Belfast, was issued summonses for false identification of registration plates, displaying a fictitious inspection sticker and operating after suspension.

    Andrew Armstrong, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Brandi Howard, 26, of Belmont, was issued a summons for possession of a useable amount of marijuana.

    Charles Hamilton, 74, of Hampden, was issued a summons for failure to yield on Route 1.

    Bradley J. Beeton, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by deception at Napa on Northport Avenue stemming from an incident March 21.

    April 13

    Crystal A. Hall, 22, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3.

    April 14

    William Wilkie, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

    April 16

    Elvis Robbins, 59, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Goodwill and two counts of violating conditional release.
