    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 1-8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    April 1

    Sarah Fuller, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and issued summonses for possession of a useable amount of marijuana up to 1.25 oz and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Tyler A. Curry, 23, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.

    Lyle Littlefield, 28, of Belfast, was issued summonses for forgery and theft by deception stemming from an incident Feb. 15. Littlefield was also issued summonses April 1 for two charges of violating conditions of release.

    April 2

    Christina Williams, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possession of a useable amount of marijuana.

    April 3

    Gregory A. Stevens, 49, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating under the influence on High Street, attaching false plates and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.

    April 4

    James M. Baranski, 55, of Franklin, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

    April 5

    Glenon J. Friedman, 53, of Bar Harbor, was issued a summons for speeding 53 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

    April 6

    Latisha A. Seekins, 30, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Back Searsport Road.
