BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 27 - Nov. 2. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Oct. 17 (late entry)

Laurie L. Allen, 46, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a protection from harassment notice on Seaview Terrace.

Oct. 27

Laura Merry, 25, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by deception at Hannaford, stemming from an incident Oct. 26.

Oct. 30

Bret M. Rowland, 30, of Searsport, was issued summonses for burglary and theft at Nautilus, stemming from an incident Oct. 13.

Oct. 31

Randy Elwell, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Waldo Avenue.

Nov. 2

Jamie K. Knowles, 24, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Avenue, and issued a summons for an operator consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public way.
