    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 15 - Oct. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Sept. 15

    David Stillman, 52, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal trespass on Court Street.

    Sept. 28

    Enzo Pollono, 75, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for speeding 50 mph in a 25 mph zone and failure to provide proof of insurance on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Sept. 29

    Michelle D. Lecorps, 37, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.

    Oct. 2

    Christopher Whitcomb, 40, of Belmont, was issued a summons for furnishing paraphernalia to a minor on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Ben B. Warren, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.

    Sept. 26

    Casey A. McGraw, 42, of Penobscot, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Miller Street.

    Ryan Flannery, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation and operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Shane T. Preston, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on High Street.

    Latosia M.S. Grainger, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Route 1.

    Sept. 28

    Enzo Pollono, 75, was issued a summons for speeding 50 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Sept. 29

    Phillip Dulude, 49, was arrested for criminal trespass on Field Street.

    Troy Applegate, 41, of Albion, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Route 7. Applegate was also issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to register a vehicle.

    Oct. 2

    Kayla L. Bennett, 20, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating with expired registration on Main Street.

    Rachel-Olivia White, 24, of Searsport, was issued summonses for burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts) and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts) on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Oct. 3

    Shannon Pomeroy, 33, of Winterport, was arrested for unpaid fines.

    Oct. 4

    Mason A. Murray, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Back Searsport Road.

    Samantha G. Ladd, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street.
