    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Aug. 9-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    July 11 (late entry)

    Joshua D. Willey, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.

    Aug. 9

    Glen G. Veevart, 55, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Front Street.

    John H. Merry, 55, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.

    Aug. 10

    McKenzie Albert, 18, of Newburgh, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Crocker Road.

    Candice Byers, 27, of Ellsworth, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

    Aug. 11

    Michael L. Gray, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Church Street.

    Aug. 13

    Matthew A. Berry, 39, of Bangor, was issued a summons for harassment on Penobscot Terrace.

    Jason R. Bates, 21, of Lebanon, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and attaching false plates on Waldo Avenue.

    Aug. 14

    Laurie A. Todd, 47, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Avenue.

    Aug. 15

    Kaleb S. Benjamin, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for improper passing on Back Belmont Road.

    Shana L. Harriman, 30, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Hatley Road.
