    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 17-21. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 17

    Benjamin T. Cannon, 39, of Rockland, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Lincolnville Avenue. 

    July 18

    Kaylee M. Heino, 18, of Belfast, was arrested for terrorizing and violating conditions of release on Northport Avenue.

    July 19

    Nickie Ripley, 30, of Searsport, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child. 

    July 20

    Tommy S. Hufford, 41, of Norridgewock, was arrested for operating under the influence, eluding an officer, criminal speed (exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more), reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and criminal threatening. 

    Morgan Mansfield, 24, of Northport, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

    July 21

    Robert D. Knight, 30, of Morrill, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument, stemming from an incident Dec. 25.
