BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 9-13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 9

Bryan Marr, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines (three charges).

Donovan O. Conary, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear (two charges).

March 10

RoseMarie T. Breen, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) on Starrett Drive.

Michelle L. Clement, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Ryan Road.

March 12

Nicolas J. Feugill, 25, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines (three charges).

Jesse L. Fuller, 34, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Penobscot Terrace. Fuller was also issued a summons March 11, for violating conditions of release on Route 1.
