Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 4-10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 4

    Jennifer A. Marks, 61, of Belfast, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation on Belmont Avenue and failure to appear. 

    March 7

    Cheri Givens, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines and issued a summons for operating after suspension on Congress Street.

    Jamie R. Grotton, 34, of Belfast, was issued summonses for trafficking in benefits and theft by deception, stemming from an incident Nov. 23. 

    March 8

    Wendy L. Grotton, 33, of Belfast, was issued summonses for trafficking in benefits, theft by deception, and violating conditions of release, stemming from an incident Nov. 23. 

    Randy S. Elwell, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Waldo Avenue. 

    March 9

    Arthur O. Gray Jr., 48, of Fayette, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.
