BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 16-24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 16

Hilary Budet, 49, of Morrill, was issued a summons for speeding 66 mph in a 45 mph zone on Poors Mill Road. 

Crystal A. Holmes, 42, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Crocker Road. 

Samantha L. Juszkiewicz, 24, of Waldo, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

Feb. 18

Chelsea R. Dimmitt, 25, of Montville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Northport Avenue. 

Feb. 20

Jacob H. Ripley, 21, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Starrett Drive. 

Feb. 23

Andrew M. Clark, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for tampering with a victim and violating conditions of release on Main Street.
