BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 10-16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Feb. 10

Cindy Hardesty, 47, of Lincolnville, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Searsport Avenue. 

Philip Dulude, 48, was arrested for criminal trespass on Searsport Avenue. 

Feb. 11

Jeremy Sender, 45, of Morrill, was arrested for domestic violence assault and as a fugitive from justice on Front Street. 

Feb. 13

James D. Francis, 31, of Searsport, was arrested for unpaid fines. 

Feb. 14

Melissa A. Hartman, 41, of Belfast, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on Congress Street.

Feb. 15

Semonie J. Littlefield, 41, of Swanville, was issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Starrett Drive. 

Jonathan Ward, 39, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Church Street. 

Anthony L. Philbrook, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Waldo Avenue.
