BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 4-10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Feb. 4

Leon M. Annis, 64, of Morrill, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Route 1.

Shawna L. Lanpher, 37, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and an inspection sticker violation on Swan Lake Avenue. 

Feb. 5

Morgan R. Mansfield, 23, of Belmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Avenue. 

Joseph B. Flynn, 34, of Appleton, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, and attaching false plates on Route 1.

Feb. 8

Katherine M. Manchester, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release on Chickadee Circle. 

Feb. 9

Jessica M. Hustus, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension. 

Feb. 10

Stephen F. Jacobs, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Garden Way.
