BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 30 - Feb. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 30

Ryan M. Beck, 40, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license and operating under the influence on High Street. 

Anne K. Sageese, 46, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle (150+ days) and operating after suspension on Belmont Avenue. 

Jan. 31

Robert McKinney, 66, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release. 

Adam P. Havey, 31, of Brooks, was issued a summons for assault on Swan Lake Avenue. 

Feb. 1

Larry F. Seekins, 66, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Swan Lake Avenue. 

Feb. 3

Mario G. Pantoja, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Route 1. 

Feb. 4

Kory A. Schmidt, 23, of Deer Isle, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Front Street.
