    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Nov. 27-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 17

    Jesse T. Groth-Kennard, 27, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons for speeding 64 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

    Nov. 21

    Ashlee N. Spaulding, 18, of Jackson, was issued a summons for speeding 64 mph in a 45 ph zone on Route 1. 

    Nov. 24

    Devin O’Brien, 19, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and attaching false plates.

    Robert M. Bialota, 34, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 141.

    Glenice Parkinson, 70, of Henrico, Va., was issued a summons for speeding 45 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Nov. 28

    Benjamin S. Morgan, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license on Pierce Street.

    Nov. 29

    Jared M. Hansen, 18, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Congress Street.

    Kyle W. McCarthy, 22, of Warren, was issued a summons for speeding 58 mph in a 35 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue.
